In class we did the DISC. I fall in the C. When Prof. Kurpis was saying which each of them means, I was very suurprise becasue I think I am that type of leader. When I plan out anything for a person or a group I need to know what I am doing and what am I going to do. I have to plan out the stuff first and I am very careful of doing stuffs. I have to be very consious when doing things. If I know if there's a little risk I will think everything all over again. Yes, it really seems waist of time. I don't think I want to become another type. Of course if I want to I will be able, but i guess it will take a long long time.

I think it is very helpful to determine peoples' management type. Not only having a better understand where they are coming from, I will be aware of those type of managers.

Hey! Sho!
Yes! I was a little bit surprise like you. I think that many accounting major people are doing well in this class because most of them are probably "C" type. Even though I am "I" and high C" type, I sometimes have stress by myself to think too much even a little risk. Do not worry about it sometimes it brings a good result.

I agree with you. It is going to give us right direction when we have to decide something.

hey,
similiar to you i like to plan things out and understand what it means. Im also a C. The C's rule man :) Plus i think one of our strongest points is that we can fully analyze a given situation and utilize what we're given to perform. But you shouldnt let risk scare you because sometimes its those that are the rewarding ones :)
