Poem for Management

Management? Bored as hell.
Where can I find the way out?
"NO... you work your way out."
So...give more extra credits.
Ha... it's not so bad.
Blog, piece of cake.
Management? Not so bad.

Communication and BLOG

I felt the communication with the class was great exercise of knowing that even though the sender did a great job of trying to provide as much information as she can to the class, everyone has their own way of receiving it in a different way. For the first drawing i felt that the sender had try her best. I don't think i could have did better. I think it was so good that she actually repeat the shapes again and again, so if someone miss it the first or even second time, they will get it later on. And giving numbers to each shape was making me as a receiver a easier way of following. I mean there is so many rectangle and triangle, numbering it was much better than saying rectangle, triangle, rectangle, triangle, again and again. Not only did those two words gave me a headach, I believe it also gave the speaker a hard time. Sometime it made me mess up between a triangle and rectangle. there was a point where it was triangle and i drew a rectangle and the opposite. But seriously she did a great job.
For the second sender, i think he did a good job too. Even though not so much people accept the words he used to communicate, but I feel that everyone has their own way of expressing a picture. In fact, I felt that he got a harding picture to express.
Over all I think the two sender did a great job and every one has their own image from whatever the sender provide, maybe same or maybe totally different. I believe everyone had a hard time, but the sender had tried their best to provide the informations and seriously it is not easy, when 80 people is counting on you.

Honestly this blog was great. It's a place for others to share what they thought about the exercise, the class and the professor, kurpis. this blog help others in the class to know better on each other. Kurpis should continue doing this blog thingy with his other class, it will seriously help a lot. I really have no comment on the blog, it was just great.

In class we did the DISC. I fall in the C. When Prof. Kurpis was saying which each of them means, I was very suurprise becasue I think I am that type of leader. When I plan out anything for a person or a group I need to know what I am doing and what am I going to do. I have to plan out the stuff first and I am very careful of doing stuffs. I have to be very consious when doing things. If I know if there's a little risk I will think everything all over again. Yes, it really seems waist of time. I don't think I want to become another type. Of course if I want to I will be able, but i guess it will take a long long time.

I think it is very helpful to determine peoples' management type. Not only having a better understand where they are coming from, I will be aware of those type of managers.
